1. LEGAL AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011.
The B2C website (Spare Lelo) is owned and operated by UMAIR TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, doing business as "Spare Lelo". By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including the Privacy Policy and any other rules or regulations posted on the site.
2. NATURE OF BUSINESS & SERVICES
Spare Lelo B2C is a Mumbai-focused platform offering:
- Mobile Accessories Delivery: Direct sale and delivery of mobile accessories (chargers, cables, earbuds, smart watches, etc.) within 30-60 minutes via our delivery partner Porter.
- Repair Booking Platform (Aggregator): An aggregator service where customers can view indicative repair prices on our website and book mobile repair services through verified partner shops in their nearest area. Spare Lelo is NOT a repair service provider — we only connect customers with independent partner shops.
3. HASSLE FREE SERVICE (₹51 BOOKING)
- Hassle Free Service Booking: Customers may book repair services through the Platform by paying a non-refundable Service Booking Fee of ₹51. This fee guarantees priority service and reservation of necessary parts at the selected partner store.
- Fee Structure: The ₹51 fee is separate from the actual repair / service charge, which is paid directly to the partner shop at the time of repair.
- Indicative Pricing Only: Spare parts prices listed on the website are indicative for the part itself. Service / labour charges, complexity charges, and any additional repair-related costs are determined by the partner shop and paid directly to the partner shop.
- Scope of Repair: The listed website price applies to the specific part replacement only. In cases of multiple faults, secondary damages, water damage, or complex motherboard / IC repairs, additional service charges may apply as quoted by the partner shop before starting work.
- Customer Privacy & Data: We facilitate the connection between the customer and the partner. Customers are advised to back up their data before handing over devices to partners. Spare Lelo is not liable for any data loss during repair.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate delivery address, phone number, and device details. Misuse with false information may result in account suspension.
- Account Security: Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. Any activity from the customer's account is the customer's responsibility.
- Service Area: Spare Lelo B2C operates only within Mumbai, in a 3-4 km radius around our three branches: Chandivali, Marol, and Sakinaka. Orders placed outside the service area may be cancelled with full refund.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of UMAIR TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and International copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of the brand name "Spare Lelo" or any website material will result in strict legal action.
6. WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 Mobile Accessories (Direct Sale)
- Product Quality: Spare Lelo provides "Trusted High-Quality Parts." We do not claim to provide original OEM parts unless specifically branded as such.
- Warranty: Warranty (where applicable) on accessories purchased directly from Spare Lelo is as mentioned on the product page under "Warranty Info".
6.2 Repair Services at Partner Shops — IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
Spare Lelo operates strictly as a service aggregator / lead generation platform connecting customers with independent third-party repair shops. The repair price displayed on our website is provided for the customer's reference only. The actual repair is performed solely by the partner shop using their own technicians, tools, and workmanship.
- No Liability for Repair Workmanship: Spare Lelo shall NOT be liable for any defect, malfunction, damage, secondary damage, data loss, or quality issue arising out of repair work carried out by the partner shop based on the prices/services viewed on our website.
- No Warranty by Spare Lelo on Repairs: Spare Lelo does NOT provide any express or implied warranty on the repair work, replaced parts (when sourced or installed by the partner shop), or the post-repair performance of the device. Any warranty on the repair, parts used, or workmanship is the sole responsibility of the partner shop.
- Disputes with Partner Shops: Any dispute, claim, or grievance regarding repair quality, pricing variation at the shop, delays, damage to the device, missing components, post-repair issues, or warranty enforcement is to be resolved directly between the customer and the partner shop. Spare Lelo's role is limited to connecting the parties and, on a goodwill basis, may attempt to mediate; however, Spare Lelo carries no legal or financial liability for the outcome.
- Customer Acknowledgement: By using the Hassle Free Service or visiting a partner shop based on listings on our Platform, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that Spare Lelo is acting only as an intermediary aggregator under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and is not a party to the actual repair contract between the customer and the partner shop.
- Indicative Prices Disclaimer: While we strive to keep prices on our website accurate, the actual price quoted at the partner shop may vary depending on the device condition, hidden faults, complexity, or part availability at the time of repair. Spare Lelo is not liable for such price variations.
6.3 Platform Availability
- System Availability: We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Indirect Damages: Spare Lelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or services.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UMAIR TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors (including the founding directors), and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of the platform, or disputes with partner shops.
8. TERMINATION OF USE
Spare Lelo reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services for any user without prior notice for:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Direct dealing outside the platform to bypass company protocols.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Abuse of customer support or partner shop staff.
9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notification. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your consent to the revised terms.
