**Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy**

At Spare Lelo we strive to provide quality mobile accessories and reliable repair services. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product, cancel an order, or request a refund. Please review this policy carefully:

**1. Returns – Mobile Accessories:**

You may return a mobile accessory under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
  • The product was substantially damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • Return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

You must provide proof such as photos or videos. Returns will not be accepted if packaging is opened or product has been used.

**2. Cancellations:**

  • You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched.
  • Once an order is dispatched (delivery agent assigned), it cannot be cancelled.
  • Spare Lelo reserves the right to cancel an order (full or partial) due to unavailability of stock, delivery zone restrictions, or force majeure events. Full refund will be processed in such cases.

**3. Hassle Free Service (₹51 Booking):**

The ₹51 Hassle Free Service booking fee is non-refundable once the part has been dispatched to the partner shop. However:

  • If you cancel before dispatch, full refund of ₹51 will be processed.
  • If the partner shop is unable to honour the booking (shop closed, technician unavailable), full refund will be processed.
  • The ₹51 fee is not adjustable against the actual repair cost.

**4. Delivery Charge — STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE:**

The flat ₹40 delivery charge is non-refundable under any circumstances once the order has been dispatched. This applies to:

  • Customer-initiated returns of accessories.
  • Refusal to accept delivery.
  • Undeliverable orders due to wrong / inaccessible address.
  • Partial returns where some items are returned and others kept.
  • Any cancellation request after the order has been dispatched.

The delivery charge will only be refunded if the order is cancelled by Spare Lelo before dispatch (e.g. stock unavailability, force majeure).

**5. Refund Process:**

**Handling Charges:**

  • In case of customer-initiated returns, customers are required to cover the return delivery charges.
  • A handling charge may also apply to cover the processing and inspection of returned items.
  • Tax and the original ₹40 delivery charge are non-refundable as stated in Section 4 above.

**Refund Timeline:**

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it within 2-3 working days.
  • If the returned product meets our return policy requirements, refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
  • UPI / Card refunds typically reflect within 3-5 days of processing.
  • Bank refund delays beyond our control are not the responsibility of Spare Lelo.

**6. Warranty & Replacement:**

  • Warranty (where applicable) on accessories is as mentioned on the product page under "Warranty Info".
  • Identification mark or barcode applied by us on the product is mandatory for replacement.
  • No warranty claim will be entertained without proof of purchase.

**7. Repair Disputes (Partner Shop):**

Spare Lelo acts as an aggregator connecting customers to verified partner shops. For disputes regarding workmanship at the partner shop:

  • Customers should first attempt resolution directly with the partner shop.
  • If unresolved, escalate to Spare Lelo at support@sparelelo.com within 7 days.
  • Spare Lelo will mediate but does not directly perform repairs and is not legally / financially liable for the repair outcome.
