**Delivery & Shipping Policy**

**1. Service Area:**
Spare Lelo B2C currently delivers only within Mumbai, specifically within a 3-4 km radius of our three branches:
- Chandivali
- Marol
- Sakinaka
If your delivery address falls outside our serviceable zone, your order may be cancelled and refunded in full.
**2. Delivery Timelines:**
- We are proud to offer an ultra-fast delivery service through our hyper-local delivery partner, Porter. Our delivery timelines range between 30 to 60 minutes from the time of order confirmation.
- For Hassle Free Service (₹51) bookings, the required spare part is dispatched to the selected partner shop before the customer's arrival, ensuring zero waiting time at the shop.
**3. Delivery Partner:**
- We have partnered with Porter as our dedicated last-mile delivery partner. Porter provides live tracking and trained delivery agents for safe handling of mobile accessories and spare parts.
**4. Shipping Charges:**
- We have a flat delivery charge of ₹40 for all orders within our service area, regardless of the order value.
- Important: Once an order is dispatched, the delivery charge of ₹40 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including return / cancellation / refusal of delivery / undeliverable address.
**5. Tracking Orders:**
- We ensure a transparent order tracking experience through Porter. Upon dispatch, customers will receive their order tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Customers can also view tracking option in their order history.
**6. International Shipping:**
- Currently, we exclusively offer our services within Mumbai. International shipping is not available at this time.
**7. Undeliverable Packages:**
- In cases where a package is undeliverable (customer unreachable, address inaccessible, or refusal to accept), we will make up to 2 contact attempts. If unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled and a refund processed for the product amount only — the ₹40 delivery charge will not be refunded as the dispatch has already occurred.
**8. Shipping Address Accuracy:**
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges or losses resulting from incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.
**9. Delays and Force Majeure:**
- While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rains, traffic, or force majeure events may cause delays. We appreciate our customers' understanding in such situations.
**10. Return of Shipped Items:**
- Customers may refer to our Return and Cancellation Policy for information on returning shipped items.
